EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique, is a form of counseling intervention that draws on various theories of energy work and thought field therapy. During an EFT session, the person will focus on a specific issue while tapping on points of the body’s energy meridians.
This technique can treat a wide variety of physical and emotional challenges.
